How it works
Four steps from invite to live.
Partners is invite-only; a Club admin vouches for you. The whole flow takes minutes once you have the invite.

A Club President invites you
Tribo Partners is invite-only. A Club President in your area adds your business in the Tribo app and hands you an invite code or QR. Don't have a contact yet? Talk to sales and we'll connect you to clubs near you.

Activate your account
Open the Tribo app, sign in, and tap "Got a Partner invite?" on your Account tab. Paste or scan the invite and your Partner account goes live immediately.

Set up your storefront
Add a logo and description, post your first rewards to the Marketplace, and optionally enable the billboard slot to feature in your Club's Home screen rotation.

Start the loyalty loop
Distribute Tribo Points to members who patronize your business. Members spend them on your rewards. Points return to your wallet. Repeat.

Quick answers.
- Is there a monthly fee?
- During the MVP rollout there is no monthly fee for a Club-tier Partner account. Tribo will introduce optional paid tiers (district reach, premium billboard placement, attribution analytics) in a future phase, with current Partners grandfathered into the original terms.
- How do members pay for things?
- Tribo Points are not money. Members can't pay you with them. Your normal payment processes (cash, card, e-wallet) stay exactly as they are. Tribo Points are layered on top: you award them after the sale, and the member redeems them later for one of your posted rewards.
- Where do the Tribo Points I distribute come from?
- When the Club President adds you as a Partner, they decide how to seed your wallet, typically a top-up that gives you a starting budget. You can also earn Tribo Points back into your wallet every time a member redeems one of your posted rewards (the spent points return to you, ready to redistribute).
- Can I post any reward I want?
- Yes, within reason. The Club admin oversees the Partner program and can edit or suspend rewards that don't fit the club's standards. The same hands-off-by-default model as their own Marketplace catalog.
- What if I lose access to my Partner account?
- Ask your Club President to re-issue your invite QR. They have a one-tap action for that. The old QR is invalidated automatically, and you can claim the new one with the same paste-the-code flow.
