Recognition that goes further.
Tribo Points are closed-loop loyalty credits. Members earn them through service and patronage. They spend them on rewards posted by their club, their district, the Tribo team, or local Partner businesses. Spent points loop back into the platform. They never become cash and never leave the Tribo ecosystem.
How the loop flows
Four steps. Zero peso conversion.
The full Tribo Points lifecycle stays inside the Platform. No part of it converts to cash, no part of it is electronic money, and no member ever holds a redeemable balance with us outside the loop.
- Step 1
Orgs acquire points
Every Tribo seat license includes 100 Tribo Points credited to the buyer's wallet. Need more? Top-up bundles refill in seconds.
- Step 2
Officers distribute
Club Presidents, District Officers, and approved Partner businesses scan a member's QR to award Tribo Points for service, attendance, or patronage.
- Step 3
Members spend
Members redeem their Tribo Points on the in-app Marketplace for rewards posted by the Tribo team, their district, their club, or local Partners.
- Step 4
Spent points loop back
When a member claims a reward, the spent Tribo Points return to the wallet of whoever posted that reward. Fully closed-loop, never leaving the platform.
Two parallel systems
Engagement Points raise rank.
Tribo Points get spent.
Tribo runs two distinct, non-monetary recognition systems. They work together: receiving Tribo Points counts toward total recognition, so a member's rank rises on every grant. Spending them on the Marketplace doesn't undo the recognition you've already earned.
Engagement Points
A gamified score that tracks attendance, contributions, and service activity. Drives a member's rank on club leaderboards. Not transferable, not redeemable: pure recognition.
Tribo Points
Closed-loop loyalty credits. Distributed by officers and Partners, spent on the Marketplace. Receiving Tribo Points raises rank; spending them does NOT lower rank. Only the spendable balance moves.
In plain language: every Tribo Point you receive raises your rank forever. Spending those points on the Marketplace draws down only the spendable balance. Your rank stays put. You earned it.
How clubs and districts acquire Tribo Points
Two paths. Seats come first.
100 Tribo Points per seat license
Included with every seat
When a Club or District renews or tops up Tribo seat licenses, or when a sponsor covers seats on their behalf, 100 Tribo Points per seat are minted into the buyer's wallet automatically. Seats remain the primary path to acquire Tribo Points.
Starter / Growth / Scale tiers
Top-up bundles
When officers want to refill the wallet without buying more seats, they tap Top up Tribo Points from their dashboard and pick a bundle. Three sizes covering small clubs through district-wide pushes; bigger bundles get steeper per-point discounts.
Top-up bundles are priced above the implicit seat rate so seats stay the cheapest acquisition path. Top-up purchases are a service fee paid to Konektribo Innovations Inc. for platform provision. They are not a deposit, not money-transfer, and the purchaser does not retain a redeemable balance with us.
Partners program
Local businesses join the loop.
Partners are businesses invited by a Club. They get their own Tribo wallet, can distribute Tribo Points to members who patronize them, and can post rewards to the same Marketplace as the club itself. Members spend their points at participating Partners, closed-loop, same as everywhere else.
- Members discover Partners in the in-app Partners directory
- Featured Partners appear on the club's Home billboard
- Distribute Tribo Points to patrons in seconds via QR scan
- Post rewards to your Club's Marketplace, get paid in patronage
Sample loop
- 1
Local café (Partner)
Scans a member's QR after a coffee purchase and awards 25 Tribo Points.
- 2
Member
Gets points instantly. Rank goes up. Spendable balance grows.
- 3
Member (later)
Redeems 250 Tribo Points for a club t-shirt the President posted in the Marketplace.
- 4
Club President's wallet
Receives the 250 points back to redistribute. Loop closes.
Loyalty credits, not electronic money.
Because Tribo Points are non-monetary, closed-loop, non-redeemable, and tied to recognition rather than transferable value, they do not constitute electronic money or a payment instrument under Philippine law and are not subject to the registration requirements that apply to e-money issuers and money-service businesses under Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulation.
Full legal positioning lives in our Terms of Service, Section 16.
